    Student Services

    Overview of Student Support Services/ Pupil Personnel Services (PPS)

    Student Support Services (SSS)/Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) is an integral part of the total education program. SSS/PPS includes:

    • School Nurses
    • School Counselors
    • School Psychologists. 

    SSS/PPS staff members partner with parents, community, students and other educators to assist in creating an educational environment conductive of academic, personal, social and career growth of all students. They are extensively involved in implementing programs that support DoDEA Community Strategic Goal 1, to challenge each student to maximize his or her potential and to excel academically, socially, emotionally and physically for life, college and career readiness.



    Our speech program serves students in grades Pre-K through 5th. 

    Services include:  

    • screening for speech and language disorders.
    • evaluation of speech and language disorders.
    • treatment of speech and language disorders. 

    Meeting the needs of our children is our number one priority.

    Confidentiality of SSS/PPS

    Counseling is conducted with students and parents individually and in small groups when requested and determined appropriate. School counseling is short-term, voluntary and confidential. Parental permission is obtained prior to any extended individual or group counseling. SSS/PPS staff may assess students at-risk without parent permission. Confidentiality of student and family information is a priority for SSS/PPS Staff Members.  Information will remain confidential unless there is a need to know such as the threat of danger to one's self or others.
