Dr. Renee Mallory has over 40 years of experience as an educator, both in DoDEA and public schools. She began her career as a high school social studies teacher in Muscogee County School District and became the assistant principal for curriculum and instruction at Hardaway High School in1998. In 2001 Dr. Mallory was selected as the principal to open Northside High School, a new high school in Columbus, GA. She joined DoDEA as the principal of Wilson Elementary School in 2007.
Dr. Mallory earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education from Auburn University in 1973 and a Master's Degree in 1975. Her Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction was completed at Auburn in 1985 and she received additional certification in both Learning Disabilities and Educational Leadership.
Dr. Mallory and her husband, John, reside in Columbus. Dr. Mallory enjoys traveling, equestrian activities and Auburn football.
