First Grade Chorus

About First Grade Chorus

We have a great time singing and performing in Chorus but it is also a time to learn and reflect upon good leadership skills. Good behavior in every school setting is both emphasized and expected. 1st Grade Chorus participates in various "off-campus" activities where these strong leadership and good behavior skills are a reflection of our school and community. Therefore, this is an important aspect of Chorus!

Who may participate: A few children from each 1st Grade Pod are selected based upon vocal ability and an enthusiasm for music as demonstrated during regular music classes. Other criteria include: following directions, great behavior, and joyful class participation!
