    Continuous School Improvement

    MEMS continuous school improvement is built on:
    1. Setting standards for performance.
    2. Collecting, mining, and analyzing data to develop a profile and goals.
    3. Developing a deep understanding of performance successes and challenges.
    4. Making meaningful change.
    Student Performance Goals

    Our staff has analyzed our Terra Nova standardized test scores for 2013 and set the following goals for school year 2013-2014:

    Elementary School Goals

    • Measurement All students will improve their measurement skills across the curriculum.
    • Writing Strategies:  Elementary students will improve their abilities to write in an organized, grade-level appropriate manner.

    Middle School Goals

    • Measurement:  All students will improve their measurement skills across the curriculum.
    • Reading:  Middle School students will improve their ability to evaluate and extend meaning of text.
