Maxwell AFB Community

Maxwell AFB has one PreK - 8th grade Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) school for families residing on base. Students residing on Maxwell AFB in grades 9 - 12 attend Carver High School unless they are selected to attend a Magnet school.  9th through 12th graders living on Gunner Annex attend Lee High School.

Students not residing on the installation attend local county schools:
