Principal's Biography

Principal: Mr. Robbie Swint

Robbie Swint

Mr. Swint  was named Principal for Maxwell AFB Elementary/Middle School in 2012.

Before being named Principal for ME/MS e was the Assistant principal at Shughart Elementary School in Fort Bragg, NC.  He was Assistant Principal at Seoul American Elementary School in Korea school year 2010-2011.  Mr. Swint has been with DoDEA for over ten years during that time he has served as an Assistant Principal at all three levels: elementary, middle and high school.  

Mr. Swint is a certified middle/high school math and social studies teacher.  Prior to working for DoDEA, he taught math and Georgia Studies at East Paulding Middle School in Dallas, GA. He also coached middle school football, basketball and soccer.  He taught middle school math (6th, 7th and 8th grade, and Pre-Algebra), 8th grade US History and 10th grade World History in Germany.  In addition, he has coached high school girls' volleyball and wrestling.  His experiences also include serving as the FRS (Union spokesperson) at Grafenwohr Middle School. 

He was born in Douglasville, GA and raised in Villa Rica, GA; however, he graduated from high school at Killeen High School in Killeen, Texas.  Mr. Swint is a military veteran (US Army) of 15 years.  He was a military instructor for approximately three of those years.  He received his Bachelor's of Science from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA and a Master's from the University of Phoenix in School Administration, Curriculum and Instruction ( 2006). 

Mr. Swint and his wife, Natasha, have been married for 15 years and they have four children:  Robbie, III (Trey-son) 8th grade student at Over Hills Middle School, Rayna (daughter) 7th grade student at Over Hills Middle School, Ramia (daughter) 2nd grade student at Over Hills Elementary School and Rylin (son) five-years-old.    In his spare time, he loves to watch and play sports, listen to music and read books on history and sports.
