Parents, DoDEA is establishing a new emergency notification system. The system will be used to send messages and alerts to parents during an emergency event, to notify of changes to daily school operations (such as weather related changes), or for other important information. Our goal is to ensure that you receive information from our school leadership quickly and conveniently through this messaging system. In order to do this, Dexter Elementary needs your current contact information. If you are unsure whether the contact information you provided at the start of the school year is still current (in terms of phone numbers and email addresses), please visit our front office or call (706)545-3424 or email our secretary Ms. Driggers using the address below to review and update your contact information. We will begin testing the new system in late January 2018, to ensure parents are able to receive messages (via phone, email, or text messages). For more information about the new Emergency Alert Notification System, please see the attached flyer.
