Miss Paris Stupor won the overall Grand Prize for the Young Lives, BIG Stories Contest. The contest was a part of the Headquarters, Department of the Army, Month of the Military Child campaign.
The contest was open to all military children preschool through twelfth grade. Youth participants had the option of telling their story on 'what it means to be a military child?' through photos, words, drawings or videos.
Paris's depiction of what it meant to 'her' to be a military child was truly creative and captured the essence of what most military children experience while being a part of the Army lifestyle. She will receive an Apple Laptop as her prize.
