The SHAPE Elementary menu is available in the Front Office and emailed to parents.
School cafeteria staff will make special meal arrangements to feed your child and notify you of the situation. In most cases, the student will receive a regular school meal with instructions on the proper repayment method. Students with several notifications may be given a replacement meal such as a sandwich and milk. Please see your local school cafeteria manager for further clarification.
The Exchange School Lunch Program will provide wholesome, nutritious meals to eligible students in participating DoD schools OCONUS.
The The Exchange School Lunch program is approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). This means that the The Exchange School Lunch program follows the same regulations and guidelines as schools throughout the United States. We provide Free and Reduced-Price meals for students who qualify under Federal Guidelines. Our school menus follow USDA nutritional requirements.
We serve 24,000 pattern meals each day for a total of more than 4.4 million meals each school year.
The Exchange provides school lunch to K-12 students on Army and Air Force Installations in nine countries overseas.
To enroll in the Free or Reduced Student Meal Program, please complete the application that corresponds with your affiliated service sponsored school and submit to your installation School Liaison Office. See form instructions included within the below PDF's.

The National School Lunch Program is offered at SHAPE ES. Students whose family income meets eligibility criteria can receive reduced or free lunches. You may request an application at the school office. A mid-month LES is required for the application to be reviewed.
After your application has been approved, you will receive instructions on where to receive your lunch coupons.
