Baumholder MHS was established in 1955 as a High School in Baumholder, Germany. Now Baumholder MHS primarily serves children, grades 7-12, of the military and civilian personel of the U.S. Army Garrison Baumholder. Baumholder MHS boasts a 6.6 students per teacher ratio which allows for a more individualized instructional setting.
The school colors are Maroon and Gold.
Homecoming is traditionally observed by students and staff in much the same way as many schools in the US. Past graduates often participate in homecoming activities, which typically include a football game, dance and a week of spirit activities.
