The mission of Sembach Elementary School is to educate, engage, and empower each student to succeed in a dynamic world.
Goal 1: All students will increase reading comprehension skills across the curriculum by one year's growth annuallyas measured by system‐wide and school‐based assessments. At SES, reading comprehension skillsare defined as making connections, questioning, inferencing, determining importance and visualizing increasing the number of children in the top two quarters and reducing the number in the bottom quarter on system‐wide and school‐based assessments..
Goal 2: By June 2015, all students at Sembach Elementary School will improve their understanding of math number sense and operational concepts, demonstrated by increased proficiency in system‐wide and locally administered assessments.
