Fifth grade students at Irwin Intermediate School presented a musical theatre performance in Disney's The Jungle Book Kids this past week. With great enthusiasm the cast held three performances in total: for the entire student body of the school, an evening performance for families and community and a final show for the local ladies chapter of MOAA (Military Officers Association of America). All shows received great reviews!

The student cast and crew were directed by the school's music teacher, Monica Autry, who clearly demonstrates a love for children's musicals and capitalizes on Irwin's students' talents. The Jungle Book Kids cast and crew had their faces painted and costumes, and scenery made by various staff members in
support of the program, and the school's very own MBN (Mustangs Broadcasting Network), student broadcasting crew assisted with the sound engineering during the program.
