Puerto Rico, Strong and Resilient
Following Hurricane Maria, in Puerto Rico, most schools are still operating under difficult conditions but have begun to rebuild with promise. Administrators, teachers, and students at Fort Buchanan and Ramey School shared their accounts of the recovery effort and the progress being made towards normal operations with the DoDEA Director. As teaching and learning at Fort Buchanan and Ramey resume the DoDEA community in Puerto Rico has demonstrated a resilient spirit in the wake of the storm.

8:25 - Students are escorted to class from the Multipurpose Room
8:30 - Instructional day begins
2:55 - Dismissal Begins- Instructional Day Ends

Students dismissed at 1:00 p.m.
Pre-K AM Session 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
8:30 a.m. - 10:25 a.m.
Pre-K PM Session 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 11:05 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Wednesdays are early release days
