eCommerce Branch

The eCommerce Branch, located at Headquarters, supports procurement personnel and requiring offices throughout DoDEA, providing access, maintenance, and training of all Procurement-type software as well as web-based access to systems. The eCommerce Branch is responsible for maintaining the following:

  • Standard Procurement System–Procurement Desktop Defense (SPS-PD2) - Contract writing system
  • Electronic Data Access (EDA) – storage/access of contract actions
  • Facilitate reporting to the Department of Defense and ensure Transparency:
    • Quarterly Verification and Validation (V&V) of Contract Actions
    • Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) – consolidated information on all contract actions
    • Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) Subaward Reporting System (FSRS) - capture and report subaward and executive compensation data
  • Coordinate and facilitate with customers, contracting personnel as well as contractors for the following systems:
    • Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) – contractor report card
    • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) – filing subcontracting reports
    • Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) – advertising business opportunities
    • Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) – electronic invoice processing
  • Government Purchase Card Program (GPC) Agency/Program Coordinator (APOC)
  • Government Purchase Card On-Line (PCOLS) includes:
    • Enterprise Monitoring and Management of Accounts (EMMA)
    • Authorization, Issuance, and Maintenance (AIM)
    • Risk Assessment (RA)
