Students are not to arrive at school prior to 7:45 a.m.
School starts at 8 a.m.
If a student is arriving late to school they must be signed in by a parent or legal guardian in the front office. Students arriving late without a parent will be marked absent until the parent signs our attendance record. When coming from an appointment, the student should bring an appointment slip to excuse them from school. If a student is leaving school early a parent or emergency contact must sign the student out in the front office. Students will not be released to anyone other than the parents unless they are listed on the registration packet as an emergency contact.
At 2:35 p.m. students are dismissed from class to take the bus, walk home or be picked up from school.
Students who participate in after school activities will need to be picked up or they will need to walk home if old enough to do so according to base policy.
GO: School is open as per usual with the regular daily schedule.
DELAY: School is delayed 2 hours – meaning all buses will run their schedule two hours later than usual. AAFES will serve lunch on these days. School will end at the regular time; all classes will be on a reduced schedule.
CANCELLED: School is closed for the day.
