Chain of Command
Good order and discipline are the hallmarks of the military communities we serve. Similarly, following the DoDEA Chain of Command allows suggested improvements or concerns to be quickly heard and addressed at the lowest possible levels.
There are two paths for advancing a suggestion or concern:
- If the issue involves an individual DoDEA employee, student or school volunteer, the DoDEA Chain of Command is the appropriate path for prompt resolution
- If the issue is relevant to an entire school or community, the DoDEA Advisory Councils provide the best venue for resolution
When all efforts have been made to resolve an issue, encourage the individual with the idea or concern to elevate their issue to the next appropriate level.
