Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity (DMEO)
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific Diversity Management Equal Opportunity (DMEO) Program Manager provides training, support, and guidance to districts and schools in an effort to prevent systemic barriers and discriminatory practices that impede cultivation of a diverse workforce.
The DMEO Office processes complaints of discrimination in a timely manner, resolves workplace disputes at the lowest possible level, and implements Affirmative Employment initiatives.
Additionally, it provides technical and professional advice and guidance to DoDEA Pacific workforce in accordance with Title VII and all applicable DMEO regulatory guidelines which safeguard the workplace from discrimination based on sex, race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, and reprisal.
