							Whether it's creating the school yearbook, writing a term paper, or developing a computer program, technology is widely available in the Italy District schools. Because of the high tech nature of the military community, parents, students, and teachers demand an appropriate education in the uses of technology. Technology is infused throughout the curriculum and students are expected to use it in the course of normal classroom activities.

						Technology use takes many forms in the Italy District. Computer laboratories are used in computer studies and for regular classes. Classrooms have computers hooked to the internet for use throughout the day. Video disks are used for explaining specific topics, as shown in the NJROTC classroom, below.
