committed edu. administration To challenge and nurture young minds

As with any U.S. public school principal or superintendent, the demands on DDESS administrators are enormous. Add to this the unique concerns of working with children from military families, and the result is a dedicated team of education professionals.

The administrators of the 16 DDESS school districts, covering 17 military installations with a total of 70 schools, are committed to the high academic standards expected by military communities. Because DDESS students change schools frequently due to their parents’ military reassignments, it is essential that administrators as well as teaching professionals specialize in meeting the special needs of children in military families.
