Your DoDEA School Staff Wants to Know How We Are Doing!

Our schools will be administering DoDEA’s 2015-2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey in March 2016.

Customer Satisfaction SurveyIn March 2016 each DoDEA school will administer the Customer Satisfaction Survey to parents and students to monitor the success of their school in meeting students' needs. Sponsors with children in pre-kindergarten - 12th grade and students in grades 4-12 will have an opportunity to complete the survey. Participation is voluntary, but DoDEA needs your participation to obtain reliable and valid data.  In 2016, DoDEA is aiming to achieve a higher response rate than the 2010-2011 Customer Satisfaction Survey, which achieved a response rate of 24% of eligible sponsors and 57% of eligible students. Will you speak up and give us feedback about your school?

Questions posed in the survey relate to school issues such as curriculum, instruction, standards, assessment, technology, student support, and communication. The survey was developed by representatives from various groups, including DoDEA staff, The University of Southern California, and the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC).

Schools, Districts, Areas, and DoDEA HQ use the survey results to improve programs and services offered to DoDEA's students. The survey results are also used to monitor components of the DoDEA Community Strategic Plan.

Previous Customer Satisfaction Survey Results are available for DoDEA's three areas - the Pacific, Europe, and the United States. Click the corresponding link below to access the results.
