"Team Learning"

Core Concepts

According to Peter Senge, "a part of team learning is aligning or enhancing a team's capacity to think and act in new synergistic ways, with full coordination and a sense of unity, because team member's know each other's hearts and minds." Before we begin to explore the concepts of engaged learning, we will spend time learning how to work as a team to share and discuss information, identify ways to sustain the team during the school year, evaluate our learning, and determine how to share information with the rest of the school.
