"Determining Current Reality"
Core Concepts
One of the initial
steps in changing practice involves determining where we want to be
and gaining a true understanding of where we currently are with effectively
implementing content and performance standards in a technology-rich
engaged learning environment. This step involves identifying a needs
assessment that will provide an adequate picture of the "current
reality" and determining how that information will be used to
help the school move forward.
