Enrollment is open to all children in grades 9-12 of active duty military service members and civilian employees of the U.S. Department of Defense stationed in foreign countries where appropriate English-language secondary school opportunities are not available within a reasonable commuting distance. Families eligible for tuition-free space required or tuition-free space available enrollment are provided with room, board, and regularly scheduled trips and special extracurricular activities at no cost. The school also provides these students with round trip transportation from home to school at the beginning and end of the school year, and for both winter and spring breaks.

        Employees of other U.S. government agencies in foreign countries, or contractors working for those agencies or the U.S. Department of Defense, may also apply to enroll their high school age children in the London Central High School and Residence Halls but at the established tuition rate. Children of military retirees and others may also be eligible to enroll as tuition-paying students.
