The DoDEA Communications Office initiates and manages DoDEA's communications and outreach efforts worldwide. The office coordinates press relations, internal information programs and communication with students, parents, teachers, school administrators and the public.

Dr. Christy Huddleston named as DoDEA Americas Acting Director

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) named Dr. Christy Huddleston to a temporary appointment effective March 29 as the Acting Director for DoDEA operations in the United States and Cuba. Dr. Huddleston replaces Dr. Emily Marsh as Interim Director for DoDEA operations in the United States since July 2015.
