July 22, 2008 memo from the Counsel to the President announcing policy regarding contacts between campaign committees of Presidential candidates and executive department federal employees in their official capacity. Requests for contact with a Presidential Campaign are required to be approved by DEPSECDEF or by the head of the DoD Transition (when appointed).

Take Your 2009 Ethics Training Today!
The Department of Defense Standards of Conduct Office (SOCO) has a new on-line training program available for your use that will fulfill your 2009 ethics training requirements. Click this link to launch the online training. After you complete the training please provide a copy of your completion certificate to your local DoDEA OGC. This will certify that you have completed the training. start the training

Please Note: The annual ethics training is not the same as initial ethics training for new employees. The annual training will not satisfy the initial ethics training for new employees requirement.
