ACT has made a change to the voucher procedures for the 2007-2008 testing year. The vouchers are now serialized and can only be used one time - schools may no longer make duplicate copies of vouchers. DoDDS Schools have been sent serialized vouchers for the 07-08 ACT test dates. If a school runs out of vouchers, they must fill out the Waiver Reorder Request that was sent along with their mailing and then fax it back to 319-337-1221, allowing 2-3 weeks delivery time.
The ACT registration process has also changed this year, all international examinees must register via the ACT Website in order to test. ACT will no longer allow examinees to show up on test day with their registration packets, they must register by the registration deadline (the October exam deadline is September 21st, 2007).
