Employee of the Quarter - Second Qtr 2021

October 07, 2021 Congratulations to Lizbeth Jaeger on being selected Employee of the Quarter for Q2 2021! As a program specialist in Okinawa, Japan, Jaeger is an essential part of the Pacific South Student Transportation team that coordinates transportation for over 6,000 students and more than 100 special education students. Her tireless efforts resulted in shorter bus routes and more efficient transportation of our students.

October 07, 2021 Congratulations to Michelle Block on being selected Employee of the Quarter for Q2 2021! As a program analyst for the Pacific Region, Block spearheaded a Summer Travel Working Group that helped nearly 900 DoDEA employees and their families navigate COVID-19 travel restrictions while meeting host-nation travel requirements.

Thank you for providing input on the proposed DoDEA-wide student dress code. The commenting period has ended; however, the mailbox will remain open until October 29, 2021.

DoDEA appreciates the many comments that have been submitted.  This a great start to our working together to establish a DoDEA-wide dress code.  As the next step in this process, Education Policy and Operations Division (EdOps) in collaboration with the Civil Rights Program will present your feedback to the DoDEA Civil Rights Steering Group (CRSG) for consideration.
