The DoDEA Americas Security Management Division provides advisory services to the Director as well as policy and guidance for superintendents and principals in areas that impact campus/school security and safety of employees and students ensuring our students have a safe environment in which to learn. Primary areas of support include:
- Anti-terrorism/Force Protection and All Hazards Planning (Mitigation, Response, and Recovery)
- Facility security/safety design and assessments
- Force Health Protection
- Safe Schools Program
- Pupil transportation systems
- School Resource Officers
We ensure projects that enhance the security environment of DoDEA Americas schools are identified, programmed, and funded.
