May 30, 2023 Parents should complete a re-registration for each currently enrolled student by the end of the school year. During re-registration, parents will indicate whether their student will be withdrawing or returning for the upcoming school year.

As the school support assistant with Sembach Elementary School, Todd King expertly managed the annual school budget, meticulously reviewing and executing 25 government purchase card requirements while meeting strict DoDEA first quarter fiscal restraints. King goes above and beyond his duties on a daily basis.

May 12, 2023 Congratulations to Robin Jamison on being selected EoQ1 2023! As the Europe region equal employment specialist, Jamison demonstrated exceptional dedication when she volunteered to take on additional work when the EEO Counselor in the Pacific retired at the end of December 2022, leaving Jamison as the sole EEO counselor for two separate geographical areas.

May 09, 2023 The new DoDEA-wide student dress code promotes one gender-neutral dress code across all three regions, provides for a safe and orderly environment that promotes respect for learning and a common identity that reflects the Mission, and establishes a positive, equitable approach to handling dress code infractions by using teachable moments to support changes in school attire choices while building problem solving skills.

AES Literacy Goal 1:

By the end of SY 2022-2024, Ansbach Elementary School will strengthen literacy instruction for Prosed Constructed Response according to standards-based instruction (guaranteed and viable curriculum) with an increase overall by 5% in meet and exceed performance levels by students for grades 3-5 on the DoDEA CCR Summative Assessment or Benchmark Assessments (K-2 see Milestones) as well as a decrease of 3% in partially meet and do not meet performance areas

AES Math Goal 2:

By the end of SY 2022-2024, Ansbach Elementary School will strengthen constructive responses according to standards-based instruction with an increase by 5% in the meet and exceed performance levels for grades K-5 students on the DoDEA CCRSM Summative Assessment (3-5) and End of Unit Tests (K-5) with a 3% decrease in the do not meet or partially meet performance levels. 

 

AES Behavior/Social Emotional Learning Goal 3:

By the end of SY 2022-2024, Ansbach Elementary School will strengthen Tier 1 instruction for all students by ensuring all classrooms support social-emotional learning to enhance instruction and a guaranteed and viable curriculum (DoDEA adopted materials) as measured by 80% in “tier 1” in Attendance, Behavior, Grades (AGB) data.
