Puerto Rico, Strong and Resilient
Following Hurricane Maria, in Puerto Rico, most schools are still operating under difficult conditions but have begun to rebuild with promise. Administrators, teachers, and students at Fort Buchanan and Ramey School shared their accounts of the recovery effort and the progress being made towards normal operations with the DoDEA Director. As teaching and learning at Fort Buchanan and Ramey resume the DoDEA community in Puerto Rico has demonstrated a resilient spirit in the wake of the storm.

Get Ready for DoDEA Comprehensive Assessment System (DCAS) Summative Assessments in English and Math in April 2018

DoDEA Comprehensive Assessment System (DCAS) has made practice tests available for the summative assessement scheduled for all math and 10th grade ELA students beginning 9 April 2017.

Use the following link to access grade levels test created by Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC). PARCC is a group of states working together to develop a set of assessments that measure whether students are on track to be successful in college and careers.
