The DoDEA Director, Mr. Thomas M. Brady, developed his Entry Plan in Spring 2014 to explore what things DoDEA is doing well; what areas DoDEA can improve; and how the community can advise the Director in both of these areas. (link to Entry Plan) Mr. Brady spent the past 100 days traveling, listening and learning from students, parents, employees, community members and leaders throughout the organization, giving him a greater understanding and knowledge about the individuals, the organization, and the community. From the findings, Mr. Brady developed three distinct impressions of DoDEA and identified two priorities that will form the focus of what DoDEA will address as an organization to achieve the excellence goals outlined in DoDEA’s Community Strategic Plan (CSP).
