DoDEA’s Information Centers provide a diverse collection of books and digital resources that are aligned to the curriculum and fosters the love of reading. Students are encouraged to visit and check out materials during the school day. Digital resources can be accessed at school and from home.
The Information Center has many databases that support research, independent learning, and inquiry. To access the databases outside of school, you will need a user name and password; please see your school information specialist for this information.
Bahrain ES
Information Specialist
Hello Bahrain School Families! My name is Tracy Rowe and I am so excited to be the elementary school information specialist this year! This is my 6th year in Bahrain, my 21st in DoDEA and my 29th year overall working in education. Before moving to Bahrain, my family lived in Japan and Western Washington. I’m fortunate to have my entire family together under the Bahrain School roof each day – my husband is the Administrative Officer, Matt Rowe. We have two daughters, Haley in 12th grade and Hanna in 10th grade. I look forward to getting to know your children and supporting them with reading and research in the library! Please feel to reach out to me if you have any questions about our school library at tracy.rowe@dodea.edu. Be sure to stop by the library to create a family account, so you can check out extra books for your student!
