Baumholder Middle/High School was established in 1955 as a high school in Baumholder, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. Now Baumholder M/HS primarily serves children, grades 7-12, of the military and civilian personnel of the Baumholder Military Community, U.S. Army Garrison, Rheinland-Pfalz. The school boasts a ratio of 6.6 students per teacher which allows for a more individualized instructional setting. Beginning in SY 14/15, the student body included students in grades 6-12.
Homecoming is traditionally observed by students and staff in much the same way as many schools in the United States. Graduates often participate in homecoming activities, which typically include a week of spirit activities, a football game, a dance and a Homecoming Court.
