May 30, 2023 Parents should complete a re-registration for each currently enrolled student by the end of the school year. During re-registration, parents will indicate whether their student will be withdrawing or returning for the upcoming school year.

Organizational

Bolden Elementary Middle School will increase from 20% very evident in SY 20-21 to 33% very evident in SY 23-24 on Stage 5, Indicator B, as measured on the Focused Collaboration Observation Tool.

Mathematics

The percent of BEMS students performing at meets or exceeds expectations for Subclaim 4:  Written Expression, as measured by the CCRS Summative Assessment, will increase from 55% in SY 20-21 to 61% in SY 23-24. 

Literacy

63% of BEMS Students in grades 3-5 will score at Proficient or Advanced as measured by the Reading Proficiency Tool by the end of SY 23-24. 

The percent of students performing at meets or exceeds expectations for Subclaim 4:  Written Expression, as measured by the CCRS Summative Assessment in grades 6-8, will increase from 55% in SY20-21 to 61% in SY 23-24.

Communication and Engagement

BEMS will increase its score on the Bolden Faculty Communication and Feedback Form from 54% for the EOY SY 20-21 to 63% for EOY SY 23-24 on question 4.

BEMS will increase its score on the Bolden Parent Communication and Feedback Form from 29% for BOY SY 20-21 to 38% for EOY SY 23-24 on question 13.

School Improvement Plan
