PEG302S: Dance Fitness S (2022)

Dance Fitness incorporates both whole health and fitness components to provide a fresh and innovative way to teach students about their body, nutritional needs, and nutrition balance while building their cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. Exercise combinations will be centered on the fundamental movements and styles of Jazz, Hip Hop, and Ballet. Strength combinations will include Yoga and Pilates research. Students will monitor and track fitness levels by the use of an ePortfolio, Nutrition Log, and the Fitnessgram.
