PEG408: Combative Sports (2019)

The Combative Sports (year-long) course provides a variety of opportunities for-á students to demonstrate martial arts knowledge and competencies in motor skills, movement patterns and strategies needed to perform a variety of associated physical activities. Students will achieve a level of physical fitness for health and performance. This course allows students to demonstrate knowledge of psychological and sociological concepts, principles, and strategies as they apply to learning and performance of physical activity.

Course Note: This course satisfies the Elective (1 of 5 credits) graduation requirement.
