In order to enroll in the Virtual School Option, your student must be eligible to enroll in a DoDEA program. Eligibility requirements can be found here: DoDEA eligibility.
Registration for the DoDEA Virtual School is managed through each student’s local school--direct enrollment in the DoDEA Virtual School is not authorized.
Current DoDEA students (those who attended a DoDEA school last year) must meet the registration deadline posted for each semester.
Students who are new to DoDEA (for example, those who are PCSing to a new duty station or who have recently moved on base), may be eligible for enrollment in the Virtual School Option once they have reached their new duty station.
