SeaPerch is a pioneering underwater robotics program that arms teachers and students with the resources to build an underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). Throughout the project, students learn engineering concepts, problem solving, teamwork, and technical applications. If you are interested in reading more about the program here is a website that will give you more information. https://www.seaperch.org
Students from all over the area comprise teams and compete in the regional SeaPerch competitions. There were 57 teams that competed this school year. Our dedicated Science teacher, Mrs. Ann Doyle took two teams to the competition this school year, and both teams placed and will be going to nationals in June. Please join us in congratulating, and wishing these students and their teacher the best of luck for the upcoming competitions.
