Weather Doesn’t Deter Eagles, Win First Again

Fort Knox, KY | April 28, 2017

On Saturday the Fort Knox High School Eagles’ track and field team traveled to Bardstown, Kentucky, to compete in the Clash of the Classes Invitational.
The boys’ team brought home two championship trophies one for being the overall champion of the meet against of all of the classes by taking first place out of 15 teams and the other trophy for being the champion
of Class A. The girls’ team brought home a runner-up trophy for Class A for the girls team by placing second out of 14 teams. Individual trophies were also given to senior Alhec Santiago who was named best overall male performer of the meet and sophomore Alexandra Lawson received a trophy for top scoring female
performer of the meet.
