As part of the Red Ribbon drug awareness week activities on October 29th, the Marine Corps Dog Handlers demonstrated their expertise and specialized training as they performed controlled attacks and the take-down of simulated perpetrators. The canine unit demonstrations were conducted on the Kubasaki upper football field during both, A and B lunch periods with students and teachers in attendance. Many thanks go out to all the Marine Corps Dog Handlers and the canine unit demonstrations. Additionally, an honorable mention goes out to our Principal, Mr. Strait for his voluntary role as a simulated perpetrator and the controlled take-down by the canine unit.
