"Enriching lives of Military Students and the Communities in which they live", is the DoDEA vision the Art Students at Fort Knox High School embrace. On October 20th, they participated in the largest street painting festival in Louisville. Collaborating as a team, they created a 10'X10' work next to the Ohio river at Waterfront Park. They had an excellent time devouring food truck bounty, cosplaying with Sith Lords, oogling spray paint artist demos, dancing through cascades of bubbles, racing a real live Mario Kart, and rocking out to some bodacious tunage! It was great opportunity for students to experience community involvement during their time at Fort Knox.
