Kubasaki HS - Dragons Host Part Two of Model Congress

Part two of our full joint Model Congress Debate with Kadena HS. This process allowed the teams to simulate a full bill writing process. It was a successful 2 days and the Congress was able to pass a bill on alternative/renewable energy for the United States.
