Tony Richardson came to WPES to help students celebrate the 5th year of achieving the status of Touch Down school.  Students gathered supplies for schools damaged by a hurricane, goods for a food bank, designed an outdoor obstacle course, and ran before school and at recess for the equivalent of going from West Point to San Francisco and back.

Tony Richardson's father, sergeant major Ben Richardson, was stationed in Germany when Tony was born, and he lived there for the first eight years of his life. Tony told the students that his father was in the Army, just like their parents.

Tony Richardson ended his playing career with the NY Jets.  He wore Jets green with Army on the jersey in honor of the West Point students.
