On Friday, April 8th Dexter Elementary School held a "Little Heroes Run" event.  During the early morning hours, faculty, students, and parents joined up to run laps around the school.  The focus of the event was to celebrate all of our "Little Heroes" at Dexter Elementary.

Dexter Elementary is celebrating the Month of the Military child with various events planned to celebrate our very special students.  Dexter is also working toward raising Autism Awareness during the month of April by sharing Autism Facts on the school's WDEX morning broadcast.  Faculty and students also wore blue and autism ribbons in support of Autism Awareness.

Dexter Elementary School would like to thank all those who joined us in our monthly fitness walk.
