Six outstanding juniors from Fort Knox Middle High School recently participated in the University of Kentucky American Private Enterprise Seminar (APES). This is a two day workshop focused on business and cooperatives for 50 outgoing juniors from Fort Knox, Elizabethtown, Central Hardin, John Hardin, North Hardin, North Hardin Christian, and the Faith Homeschool Group. These students were (left to right) Sachaly Rosario Rivera, Marina Melendez Rosario, Nikki Davis, Amanda Beatty, Kaden Dwyer, Cora Hahn, Ariel Herter, and Tyler Sowers.

FKMHS came away with two of the top 6 scorers-Sachaly Rosario Rivera (pictured far right), and Tyler Sowers (pictured 2nd from the right). These individuals will be invited to attend the state weeklong seminar at the University of Kentucky in June, 2020.

Sachaly Rosario Rivera was the top female scorer and received a very nice women's watch from Clark Jewelers in Elizabethtown.

FKMHS also had the "People's Choice" winner. This student was selected by her peers as portraying leadership skills, being outgoing, energetic, and very well liked. This is Marina Melendez Rosario and she received a $50 gift card to Target.
