Vendors for stage, projection, and bathroom facilities have been secured. Setup will occur on 4 June 2020 and tear down will occur after the event on 5 June. Graduates will begin to arrive in a staggered fashion beginning at 1330 and will enter through the approved airfield gate in their vehicles and drive to station #1 to pick up their transcript and diploma packet. They will then proceed to station #2 for a photo op in their cars under a flag held by cherry pickers. Once exiting the photo op, they will be placed in order by the parking attendants on site. The ceremony will commence by having the senior class president lead the cars into their parking locations for the ceremony as Pomp and Circumstance plays over the PA. AFN will be onsite at 1300 to do live broadcasting leading up to the event. VISE will be on site and partnering with AFN to live stream the event and play the stream on the projection screens so the ceremony will be viewable to the cars in the back rows. Once the ceremony concludes, cars will be led out by command onto a parade route around Clay to celebrate our seniors before they depart post.
