Vicenza Community Schools

Benvenuti (Welcome) to U.S. Army Garrison Italy. USAG Italy is a community made up of U.S. Soldiers and service members, Department of Defense civilians, Family members, Italian military personnel and Italian civilian employees. Our community is based out of the Italian military installations, Caserma Carlo Ederle and Caserma Renato Del Din, and other satellite locations in Vicenza, Italy. Our school with an enrollment over 600 students and 100+ staff members is near the Caserma Carlo Ederle in the Villagio Housing Area. We understand the challenges in moving to a new location and hope this information will help you in transition.

At our schools, we believe in students, parents, and community leaders working together in partnership with teachers. All schools within the community supports programs that encourage parent involvement, building a strong parent-school partnership.  Parent Night, parent teacher conferences, parent advisory groups, awards programs, classroom volunteers, parents as resource persons in the classroom and parent chaperones are just a few of the ways we build an effective parent school partnership in the day-to-day of our school.
