Proposed DoDEA Dress Code

Thank you for providing input on the proposed DoDEA-wide student dress code. The commenting period has ended; however, the mailbox will remain open until October 29, 2021.

DoDEA appreciates the many comments that have been submitted.  This a great start to our working together to establish a DoDEA-wide dress code.  As the next step in this process, Education Policy and Operations Division (EdOps) in collaboration with the Civil Rights Program will present your feedback to the DoDEA Civil Rights Steering Group (CRSG) for consideration.

Literacy and Math SMART Objectives

By the end of the 2020-2021 school year, FES will establish a baseline target of at least 40% meets or exceds expectations in Literacy as measured by the DoDEA CCRS Summative Assessment by supporting all students in the implementation of the CCRS.

By the end of the 2020-2021 school year, FES will increase the number of students who meet or exceed expectations in Mathematics as measured by the DoDEA CCRS Summative Assessment, from 43.4% to 50% by supporting all students in the implementation of the CCRS.

Europe West District Goals

Goal 1: Professional Learning Community/Collaboration/Rigor/DoDEA CAS

If we follow the DoDEA PLC/Collaboration Guide, then the Europe West District will develop a Common Collaborative Culture for ALL schools within the district.

Goal 2: College and Career Readiness Standards (Rigor/DoDEA CAS)

If we implement the College and Career Readiness Standards provided by DoDEA, then students will maximize their academic growth and well-being for college career and life.

Goal 3: Learning Walkthrough Tool (Rigor/DoDEA CAS)

If we follow the DoDEA Learning Walkthrough Guide, then the Europe West District will develop a Common Culture for ALL schools providing feedback to teachers within the district.
