Parent Teacher Organization

The Heroes Elementary PTO is a nonprofit organization of Heroes staff members and parents & legal guardians of Heroes students and seeks to enrich the educational environment through supplemental materials and experiences.  The PTO consists of 5 elected members selected in the spring.

 

The PTO plans and sponsors many events through the school year, such as:

  • Fall and Spring Bookfairs

  • Family Night Events

  • Box Tops

  • Monthly Dining to Donate

  • Popcorn Friday

  • Static Military Display

  • Muffins for Mom

  • Donuts for Dad

  • Yearbook

  • Teacher Appreciation Week

  • Candy Grams

  • Spirit Wear

School Improvement Goals

Goal 1: Heroes Elementary School students will become proficient in reading comprehension.

Goal 2: Heroes Elementary School students will demonstrate proficiency in their ability to use number sense and compute operations in mathematics.
