Jump Rope for Heart | Photo: image from http://american.heart.org/jump-hoops/
Heroes Elementary School worked together to raise $9,330 for Jump Rope for Heart. Throughout the month of March, students learned jump roping skills as well as facts about their heart and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through healthy food and activity choices. On March 21, 2018, students K-5 took turns jumping rope to show their support for those with special heart conditions. All the money raised goes to the American Heart Association. Great job, Eagles!
Our school sends home newsletters often. Those are included here. One difference between the ones that come home and the ones here is that all student and teacher names were removed to protect privacy.
